Klaudia studied at UniZurich and Corvinus University of Budapest, and graduated from the latter as a mathematical economics analyst.

Nikolett is responsible for the coordination of everything HR related at FX Software. Her tasks include establishing the recruitment and retention strategy, coordinating learning and development, performance management as well as HR administration. Having graduated as a psychologist, combined with her experience in the field of HR helps the professional development and job satisfaction of our employees. As well as, the efficient and fast integration of new colleagues.

With nearly two decades of experience, she plays a key role in delivering software development projects that support business goals. She started her career at the company early on, giving her a deep understanding of how the organization works and how business and technology connect, supported by her degree in Business Informatics. As Head of Delivery, she focuses on improving delivery processes, supporting teams, and helping projects deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Ágota is responsible for the establishment and execution of our business development strategy, strategic customer relations, sales and marketing, as well as the coordination of our financial experts and account managers. Her background in banking, consulting and project management, as well as her university degree in management from Corvinus University of Budapest enables her to effectively and successfully lead her team.

He has been working at the company since 2006, gaining extensive experience in operating the Inforex system across multiple domains. He has developed in-depth knowledge of the system’s technological diversity and varying customer requirements. With a background in IT within the financial sector, he continuously expands his expertise in line with evolving environments. As Head of Deployment, he leads the team responsible for version delivery, technology transfer, and ensuring the stable operation of production systems.
